Estos términos rigen el uso del complemento NOMOS para Microsoft Word, provisto por Pylox Systems Inc. Al instalar o usar NOMOS, usted acepta estos términos.
NOMOS verifica las citas legales de un documento contra el texto oficial de la ley colombiana y ofrece redacción asistida fundamentada en fuentes reales.
NOMOS es una herramienta de apoyo a la labor del profesional del derecho y no constituye asesoría jurídica. La verificación se realiza contra el corpus disponible (los códigos, leyes, sentencias de la Corte Constitucional y providencias de la Corte Suprema de Justicia publicados en el servicio). La ausencia de una cita en el corpus no significa necesariamente que la norma o providencia no exista. El usuario es el único responsable de la revisión final y de la exactitud de las citas y de los documentos que produzca.
Le otorgamos una licencia personal, limitada, revocable e intransferible para usar NOMOS mientras su suscripción esté vigente. No puede revender, sublicenciar ni realizar ingeniería inversa del servicio.
Usted se compromete a no abusar del servicio, no sobrecargarlo de forma automatizada, ni usarlo para fines ilícitos.
Verificación de citas: gratuita, sin límite y sin tarjeta. Plan Pro (redacción con citas autoverificadas): COP 49.000 por mes o COP 490.000 por año, por usuario. Toda cuenta nueva recibe 10 redacciones de prueba sin costo. Los precios se expresan en pesos colombianos; el IVA aplicable a servicios digitales prestados desde el exterior (19%) puede ser retenido por su entidad financiera conforme a la normativa vigente. Los pagos se procesan con tarjeta a través de Stripe; no almacenamos números de tarjeta. Planes para firmas (5 o más usuarios): escríbanos.
La suscripción se renueva automáticamente hasta que usted la cancele. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento desde Mi cuenta en el panel de NOMOS o desde el portal de Stripe; el acceso continúa hasta el final del período pagado. Podemos modificar los precios con aviso de al menos 30 días por correo; el cambio aplica en la siguiente renovación.
De conformidad con el artículo 47 de la Ley 1480 de 2011 (Estatuto del Consumidor), usted puede ejercer el derecho de retracto dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la compra, con reembolso total del valor pagado, escribiendo a pyloxsystems@gmail.com desde el correo de su cuenta. Fuera de ese plazo, las renovaciones ya cobradas no son reembolsables, salvo falla del servicio imputable a Pylox, caso en el cual reembolsaremos proporcionalmente el período afectado.
El software, la marca NOMOS y sus componentes son propiedad de Pylox Systems Inc. Los textos oficiales de la ley provienen de fuentes públicas (Secretaría del Senado, Corte Constitucional).
El servicio se presta "tal cual". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Pylox no será responsable por daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio. La responsabilidad total de Pylox no excederá lo pagado por usted en los últimos doce meses.
Estos términos se rigen por la ley aplicable a Pylox Systems Inc., sin perjuicio de los derechos de consumidor que le correspondan.

These terms govern the use of the NOMOS add-in for Microsoft Word, provided by Pylox Systems Inc. By installing or using NOMOS, you accept these terms.
NOMOS verifies a document's legal citations against the official text of Colombian law and offers assisted drafting grounded in real sources.
NOMOS is a support tool for legal professionals and does not constitute legal advice. Verification is performed against the available corpus (the codes, statutes, Constitutional Court judgments and Supreme Court decisions published in the service). The absence of a citation from the corpus does not necessarily mean the norm or ruling does not exist. The user is solely responsible for the final review and accuracy of the citations and documents they produce.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use NOMOS while your subscription is active. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the service.
You agree not to abuse the service, overload it through automation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Citation verification is free, unlimited, no card required. Pro plan (drafting with self-verified citations): COP 49,000 per month or COP 490,000 per year, per user. Every new account gets 10 free trial drafts. Prices are in Colombian pesos; the VAT applicable to digital services supplied from abroad (19%) may be withheld by your bank under current regulations. Payments are processed by card through Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Firm plans (5+ users): contact us.
The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from My account in the NOMOS pane or the Stripe portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply at the next renewal.
Under article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Statute), you may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days of purchase for a full refund, by writing to pyloxsystems@gmail.com from your account email. After that period, renewals already charged are non-refundable, except for service failure attributable to Pylox, in which case we refund the affected period pro rata.
The software, the NOMOS brand, and its components are the property of Pylox Systems Inc. Official legal texts come from public sources (Secretaría del Senado, Constitutional Court).
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pylox shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Pylox's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last twelve months.
These terms are governed by the law applicable to Pylox Systems Inc., without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have.
