Estos términos rigen el uso del complemento NOMOS para Microsoft Word, provisto por Pylox Systems Inc. Al instalar o usar NOMOS, usted acepta estos términos.
NOMOS verifica las citas legales de un documento contra el texto oficial de la ley colombiana y ofrece redacción asistida fundamentada en fuentes reales.
NOMOS es una herramienta de apoyo a la labor del profesional del derecho y no constituye asesoría jurídica. La verificación se realiza contra el corpus disponible (los códigos y las sentencias de la Corte Constitucional publicados en el servicio). La ausencia de una cita en el corpus no significa necesariamente que la norma o providencia no exista. El usuario es el único responsable de la revisión final y de la exactitud de las citas y de los documentos que produzca.
Le otorgamos una licencia personal, limitada, revocable e intransferible para usar NOMOS mientras su suscripción esté vigente. No puede revender, sublicenciar ni realizar ingeniería inversa del servicio.
Usted se compromete a no abusar del servicio, no sobrecargarlo de forma automatizada, ni usarlo para fines ilícitos.
NOMOS se ofrece mediante suscripción mensual procesada por Stripe. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente hasta que usted la cancele. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento; el acceso continúa hasta el final del período pagado.
El software, la marca NOMOS y sus componentes son propiedad de Pylox Systems Inc. Los textos oficiales de la ley provienen de fuentes públicas (Secretaría del Senado, Corte Constitucional).
El servicio se presta "tal cual". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Pylox no será responsable por daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio. La responsabilidad total de Pylox no excederá lo pagado por usted en los últimos doce meses.
Estos términos se rigen por la ley aplicable a Pylox Systems Inc., sin perjuicio de los derechos de consumidor que le correspondan.

NOMOS verifies a document's legal citations against the official text of Colombian law and offers assisted drafting grounded in real sources.
NOMOS is a support tool for legal professionals and does not constitute legal advice. Verification is performed against the available corpus (the codes and Constitutional Court rulings published in the service). The absence of a citation from the corpus does not necessarily mean the norm or ruling does not exist. The user is solely responsible for the final review and accuracy of the citations and documents they produce.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use NOMOS while your subscription is active. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the service.
You agree not to abuse the service, overload it through automation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
NOMOS is offered via monthly subscription processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
The software, the NOMOS brand, and its components are the property of Pylox Systems Inc. Official legal texts come from public sources (Secretaría del Senado, Constitutional Court).
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pylox shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Pylox's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last twelve months.
These terms are governed by the law applicable to Pylox Systems Inc., without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have.
